Individual Therapy
Telehealth
During the clinical intake, information will be collected about how you are feeling, how that impacts your life lately, and what you would like to accomplish in therapy will be identified.
Information about your history, relationships, cultural background, and significant events in your life will be collected to better understand you within the context of your values, life experiences, and cultural influences.
A collaborative and flexible treatment plan will be created, which will guide our work together. Your concerns will be addressed at a pace that feels appropriate for you, using evidence-based techniques to meet your goals and within a warm, empathetic, and supportive environment.

Psychological Evaluations
In-Person
Psychological evaluations are available for individuals ages 7+ to assess for mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and ADHD.
During the clinical intake, information will be collected about your history, symptoms, and impact of presenting concerns to determine which tests will be most helpful.

Payment & Insurance.
Payment is accepted via all major credit cards and completed through the secure client portal. Payment is taken on the day of the appointment.
I currently accept the following insurance providers:

First Health
Health Choice
United Healthcare
For other health insurance companies, I am considered an out of network (OON)provider. I recommend contacting your insurance company to determine your out of network benefits for mental health. I can also provide the reimbursement codes if needed. I can provide a Superbill for reimbursement.
