Why Use Telehealth Therapy?

The need for Telehealth therapy increased at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic as we were forced to navigate the provision of mental health services amidst lockdowns and social distancing.

As life continues to change, this need has not decreased. Many have found benefits, including accessibility to services whether it is scheduling around life responsibilities or while traveling, or accessibility to a therapist who can best meet your mental health needs (whether they are located within or outside of your state).

Research demonstrates similar outcomes in terms of effectiveness for both Telehealth therapy and in-person therapy.
